Client Service Representative

$17.00 per hour

We currently have two open career opportunities available as a remote Client Service Representative in the Phoenix area to work late evenings, overnight, and weekends. Ideal candidates are intelligent and caring professionals who are seeking a career, not just a job, where they are passionate about providing top-notch client services - through inbound calls, emails, texts, and chats. Our team of Client Service Representatives respond to potential client inquiries by collecting information related to personal injuries and set appointments for offices throughout the state of Arizona. Job Requirements

· High school diploma (or equivalent)

· Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred (but not required)

· Minimum one-year recent experience in a call center environment

· Effective verbal and written communication skills

· Must have strong computer skills along with the ability to learn software applications quickly

· Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm

· Must consistently follow through and follow-up, demonstrate compassion, have a positive attitude, be motivated and a self-starter

· Ability to think outside of the box and exhibit critical thinking skills

· Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks

· Must have stable high-speed internet connection available in your home

· Must be able to use personal cell phones to handle incoming/outbound calls

· A secure indoor area in your home to work from

· The ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting

· The ability to sit for long periods of time

· Candidates must reside in the greater Phoenix, AZ area at the time of interview and hire

· Must pass background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
