Customer Service Representative

This is a remote position as a customer service representative for a small business. We offer Monday-Friday scheduling, 10-20 hours to start, up to full time.

Neli is a virtual appliance diagnostic and repair company. Our technicians work with customers over video chat to diagnose and repair home appliances.

Responsibilities include new customer intake, answering incoming calls, questions and inquiries made via phone, text, and email, as well as scheduling and managing customer appointments. Agents also assist technicians with customer outreach and perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system via our CRM and website.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
