This is a professional, administrative, and email‑heavy customer service role ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, critical‑thinking ability, and a passion for making a meaningful impact. Research knowledge is very helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service via email and phone
• Manage a high volume of email correspondence with professionalism
• Perform detailed administrative work and accurate data entry
• Maintain logs and documentation related to client and study activity
• Problem‑solve and think critically to resolve issues efficiently
• Communicate and collaborate with Managers and team members
• Follow company policies while adapting to changing priorities

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in an email‑focused environment
• Interest or experience in clinical research or healthcare strongly preferred
• Ideally located in PA, NC, TX, NY, FL, MA, WV, GA, WI, or IL

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
