Who You Are

An IT professional with at least 2+ years of experience working in a help desk environment and excellent problem solving, oral and written communication skills.

• Excellent ability to partner across the organization; both within the Operation and the Procurement teams as well as cross functionally
• Strong personal and business ethics

• Ability to drive change and sell new concepts and approaches through persistence, self-motivation, energy, tenacity, follow-through, and commitment

What you will be doing

• Manage and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner
• Generating network sign ins for new hires
• Changing configurations, settings, and permissions within the software
• Updating employees on the status of their service requests
• Document customer interactions by logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
• Respond to customer issues via phone, email, and computer chat
• Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues
• Escalate issues to the next Tier with next level of difficulty
• Install, make changes, and repair computer hardware and software
• Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
