Spanish/Bilingual is a plus. *Call center experience helps. *Appointment setting, assist our prospective clients. *Ability to communicate, listen well, take detailed notes. *Highly motivated, focus, skilled individual with strong work ethic. *Detail oriented. *Friendly smiling personality through the phone. *Reliable cell phone & personal computer available during work hours. ***Accurate computer skills with your own computer that must have clear audio and video capabilities. *Knowledge of Google searches, Gmail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom.

*Duties Include contacting business owners:* *Contacting different types of industry business owners. *Calling, emailing, texting business owners who may want may want us to bring them buyers for their business. *Entering owners contact information and comments in our Hubspot.com database. *Actively following up everyday. *Reading, understanding, updating our clients contact information. *Servicing clients by staying in touch, assisting with questions, setting up conference calls & showings.

Schedule:* *** Monday - Friday (excluding Federal holidays) * (Approximately 30 flexible hours) * Job Type: Flexible customized schedule, Zoom.Com remote, part-time! * Flexible but, scheduled hours in between 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or flexible sessions when you are available to work during these hours. *Generally (2X) 3 hour calling sessions each business day. *We offer a flexible schedule, customized written schedule will be in place. ***If clients request an occasional weekend call we comply.
