We are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to add to our growing team. This is a remote position but if hired, you will need to conform to the working hours of 8am-5pm Pacific Time. Our employees are friendly, talented, and system oriented. #### The Role

You’ll be the voice of Soundview for patients and partners. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:

Handle 50–60 calls a day (inbound and outbound) to answer questions, check order statuses, and guide patients.

Take and process orders, changes, and returns with a high level of accuracy.

Coordinate closely with billing and sales teams to resolve disputes and keep order schedules moving.

Navigate compliance, sticking strictly to Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.

Manage inventory software, data entry, and documentation without dropping the ball.

#### What We're Looking For

Availability: Must be able to work 8 AM – 5 PM PST.

Experience: At least 3 years of heavy customer service experience.

Industry Bonus: DME, drop-ship, or Brightree software experience is a massive plus.

Tech Skills: Solid command of Microsoft Office and web-based apps.

The Person: Detail-obsessed, dependable, and adaptable. You know how to juggle moving parts without getting flustered.
