You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. * Answer customer inquiries and requests. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Dedicated to customer service. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented and able to multitask. * Previous customer service experience preferred. * Must have Property & Casualty License for Louisiana
