We're hiring 5 U.S.-based bilingual agents to support medical offices across the country!

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound patient calls in English and Spanish.
• Schedule appointments and assist with patient inquiries.
• Follow medical office guidelines and document calls accurately.
• Navigate multiple computer systems.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations.

What We're Looking For

• Must reside in the United States.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls.
• Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace.
• Previous medical or call center experience is a plus!

Compensation

We offer a guaranteed hourly wage that meets applicable minimum wage requirements, plus performance-based earning opportunities. Your productivity directly influences your earning potential.
