Customer Service Representative to join our growing State Farm Agent Team. Willing to work remotely only. California Residents only.

Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service Representative

· Current Property & Casualty License is required

· State Farm Insurance experience is mandatory (working in agent office)

• at least 2 years prior State Farm Agent team member experience
• DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS WORKING IN A STATE FARM AGENT OFFICE

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent analytical skills

· Very strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative

· Effectively manage incoming calls

· Generate multi-line leads

· Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution

· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

· Take the extra mile to engage customers

· Proficient with ECRM

* Spanish Speaking Preferred. 4 flexible hours.

There is no selling but must be able to discuss Homeowners & Auto policies with current policyholders.
